Welcome to Jack Scow Fitness, Fresno Personal Trainer

My name is Jack Scow and I have been a Certified Personal Trainer in Fresno California for 20 years. I would like to let you in on a much forgotten fact. YOU are important! You are important and your health is important. Being healthy and active makes everything you do simply better! Taking the time to become healthy and fit should be an integral part of every individual’s life, but sadly we don’t all take this time to better ourselves.
