A Lifestyle & Fitness program will bridge the gap between
the physical training aspect, nutrition and your overall goals
and motivations, and will help incorporate each into your everyday
life. I have dedicated the last 35 years to the fitness &
lifestyle industry and I want to share that knowledge and experience
with you to help you achieve all of your life's goals. My
Lifestyle & Fitness Coaching can be:

Sessions - Working with groups (Company Group
Sessions or Company Team Building Exercises)
My Approach to Fitness &
Lifestyle fitness coaches are responsible for
uncovering the client’s motivational strategies, building
rapport with the client,creating meaningful dialog, using questionnaires
to determine likes, dislikes, immediate, intermediate and long-term
goals. I will walk you through each of these areas and help
build an overall "life strategy"
using my Training, Nutrition
& Lifestyle approach.
As your personal Fitness & Lifestyle
Coach, I will:
- Assess your goals, values, resources
and motivation and work with you to create life balance, happiness
and personal success.
- As a Personal Trainer with over 35 years
of experience, I will work hand-in-hand with the you to better
integrate your physical fitness goals and achievements into
your everyday life goals and long-term success and happiness.
- I will also form an extensive dialog
with you on how to best embrace a healthy and fit lifestyle
(according to your goals, motivations and values) for maximum
life enjoyment and fitness results.
